Since 1974, Gil has developed and manufactured industrial equipment and machines. It is located in an optimum area of over 3,000 m², gathering engineers, designers, technicians in metallurgy, electro-electronics, computer, automation and 3D prototype printing engineers.
Its industrial complex has mills, wire erosion machines, erosion penetration, CNC machining centers, water jet cutters, plain and cylinder grinders and the lathes of latest generation. The complex produces parts and tools for the entire line of machines and products that it designs, develops and manufactures.
Qualified in many fields of industrial production, Gil Equipamentos keeps the company producing for the hottest segments in the economy. With remarkable experience in producing machines for industrial processes, it quickly adapts to any demand.
The Gil brand is present in 7 countries in addition to Brazil. The strongest Brazilian company in the Meat Industry Equipment area is, little by little, gaining the trust of the foreign market

To comply with the promising meat market, Gil launches its first sausage forming machine: the FORMA SERVO.
first partnership with Embrapa resulted in the Nuclear Electromagnetic Resonance Spectrometer (NMR), a device that analyzes oil and humidity contents in seeds and grains, among other projects.

A partnership with Embrapa Florestas results in the first mobile sawmill adapted to Brazilian needs: the SerraTora®.

Gil Equipamentos Industriais is created by Gil Malta and Marcos Antonio de Oliveira in the city of Ribeirão Preto/SP as a small metallurgic company.
Aware of the new demands for the humanitarian handling of animals for slaughter house from the USA and Europe, Gil launches the first captive bolt pistol produced in Brazil for animal stunning: the 22 TMO.
1984
Gil starts producing custom equipment for the automotive industry with DCM. Each equipment cuts rubber profiles in the specific shape for each automobile model.
Gil starts to meet the demands of the Oil Industry manufacturing the Shaker with horizontal alternate movement to mix samples for analysis.
